This particular graph sheet has a 10×12 area on it. The box at the top left holds the date, client name, address, telephone and email. Directly across from this box is where you can keep track of the inspector’s name and have him sign for it once the work has been cleared. Above this is where we print your company address. We’ve included a client signature underneath the graph so your client can sign off on the work. The top middle section of the form is for showcasing your company logo, slogan or any other pertinent information you’d like included on your sheets.
