Flooring Repair and Cleaning Work Order Form
The flooring repair and cleaning form is a full page work order with check lists and totals to make your job easier and the details accurate. The form comes with a list of services available but it can be customized with your personal list. The customer information box includes name, address information, contact number and email, and payment information. The large list to the write holds checklists for the types of cleaning being requested. There are two sections, one for carpet cleaning and one for upholstery cleaning. Both sections have boxes to indicate the location and how much it will cost. Checkmarks for carpet repairs and tile and grout cleaning have also been included. The flooring repair and cleaning work order also has “DO NOT REMOVE PROTECTIVE PADS UNDER FURNITURE FOR 48 HOURS. CAUTION: WET CARPETS CAN BE A SLIP AND FALL HAZARD. LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED COST OF SERVICE.” typed in bold white font behind a black background so that the warning will not be overlooked or missed. There is also a section for recommendations and customer and operator signatures.
The flooring repair and cleaning work order does come with legal wording, however, this can be replaced with your own terms and conditions.
