Print It 4 Less is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
- Shipping charges are not refundable *
- A (PERCENTAGE / FEE) Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear)
- All claims on defective or undelivered products must be made within 30 days of shipment. Please give us a call at 1-800-370-5591 and a customer service representative will help you.
- Koozies have a no refund policy. Once the item is approved and put into printing it cannot be cancelled and/or returned.
*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund.

Shipping outside United States
Customer is responsible for any brokerage fees, taxes and all additional custom fees. Printit4less.com will not be responsible for abandoned packages. Refund for abandoned packages will not include the cost of shipping and a 15% handling fee will be charged on all abandoned packages.
