Return Policy

Print It 4 Less is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:

  • Shipping charges are not refundable *
  • A (PERCENTAGE / FEE) Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear)
  • All claims on defective or undelivered products must be made within 30 days of shipment. Please give us a call at 1-800-370-5591 and a customer service representative will help you.
  • Koozies have a no refund policy. Once the item is approved and put into printing it cannot be cancelled and/or returned.

*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund.

Shipping Policies

Shipping to and from www.PrintIt4Less.com at the customer’s expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location.

Shipping outside United States

Customer is responsible for any brokerage fees, taxes and all additional custom fees. Printit4less.com will not be responsible for abandoned packages. Refund for abandoned packages will not include the cost of shipping and a 15% handling fee will be charged on all abandoned packages.

Apparel Policies

A return may be approved if:

  1. There is a defect in the fabric or material

  2. The imprint quality falls below reasonable expectations

  3. The final product is different from the approved proof

Custom-printed items featuring your company information cannot be returned unless one of the eligible reasons above applies.

Blank items are offered at special discounted, wholesale-level pricing and are purchased specifically for your order.
For this reason, blank items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

If a custom order is cancelled after proof approval or a return is approved, a 25% restocking fee may apply.
