Custom Printed Truckers Delivery Tickets

We print Truckers Delivery Tickets with your company name, address, phone number, advertisement line and logo. You can choose to print your entire forms in black or blue ink at no additional costs. However, there is an upgrade option to full color on the white page only. This full color option brings out the best in your logo because customers will become familiar with your brand colors. After all, color is what makes your logo memorable. Other options include numbering, books and page orientation.

Vertical Delivery Tickets

The vertical design prints with your company details in the top center. The consecutive numbering goes inside the “freight bill” box. If you choose to print a logo or image, that image will go to the left of your company name.

The driver’s name, truck number, trailer number and the date of the job prints on the top two lines. The tables below holds the origin, destination, loaded at and delivered to information. All of this sits above the fold because it makes filing easier.

The larger table has 9 lines for loads, description, weight, rate, per and charges. The remaining 5 lines are for the weight ticket number, delivery ticket number, otto number, release number and purchase order number.

Broker or shipper and customer signatures print on the bottom next to the total box.

Horizontal Delivery Tickets

The horizontal tickets have the same information as the vertical ones only with less lines. Trucking companies often need horizontal forms because they work best inside clipboards. There is a little extra room along the left hand margin where the form will fit onto the clipboard.

The company logo, name and contact information will print on the top left of the form unless otherwise instructed.

Customizing Delivery Tickets

Whether you choose a vertical or horizontal form, the information within is fully customizable upon request. If your company uses different terms or language for how you do things then just let us know during the proofing process! You will be able to request changes, review your changes and then accept those changes before we go to print.

Additional options

Further customize your order by choosing consecutive numbering, parts and books. We offer our customers the choice of adding consecutive numbering to their forms. The numbering prints in black or red ink. Parts refers to how many copies you need. We offer both 2 or 3 part NCR carbonless paper. Our two part has a white and yellow page. The three part has white, yellow and pink. We can also staple your forms into a manilla wraparound. This is called putting your forms into books. Fifty forms come in one book.
