Custom Printed Shipping Load Tickets

We sell custom printed Shipping Load Tickets. Your company logo, name, address and phone number print in the top left corner. The information here is up to you. Simply fill out the form with the information you would like to see printed. Further customize your form by choosing “send me a proof” when choosing your options. This form is fully customizable upon request which happens during the proofing process. Your designer will work with you to create a form that works well with your work flow.

How does customization work? We will make changes to our template and send you a digital proof. For example, you can have any of the text changed to better fit how you run your business. Lines for shipper, pick up and delivery are already on the form. There is a total of 40 load lines but this can be shortened to include any terms of conditions. You will need to supply the terms during the proofing process. The bottom of the form is where the driver and receiver sign.
