Custom Donation Receipts

Donation Receipts custom print with your company or organization’s name, phone number and address. We can also print your logo next to the company details. An optional last line is available for any additional information you’d like to express on your receipt. Beneath the form’s title, Donation Receipt, is where the consecutive numbering prints should you choose to number your receipts. This small form is perfect for small donations where there’s a need to keep a permanent record of the donation.

The donation receipt records the date of the donation, the name of the individual, their phone number, what they’re donating to, the amount and the person who collected the donation. There’s a note about this receipt only being good for donations under $100. This is a customizable form upon request. If you need changes please let your designer know during the proofing process. Custom donation receipts allow your organization to create the perfect receipt that fits the purpose you need.

All of our receipts are available on 2 or 3 part non-carbon paper. The basic options like blue or black ink and black are included in the price. Further upgrades are available for placing your receipts into booklets or consecutive numbering. If you’d rather have your logo print in full color we can do that for a small up-charge.
