FAQ for Digital Forms

Your subscription allows you to access the Mobile Forms 4 Less app with your selected form already customized, and ready to use. Including:

• Submitting unlimited forms
• Email forms directly to your customer
• Email a copy for your own records automatically
• Edit form by changing wording, specifications, form layout – No Extra Cost!

We offer two options: Month-to-Month or 3-month package.

This product is a subscription-based service. Your access continues for the duration of the plan you select.

App access will expire at the end of your subscription term. Your plan will automatically renew at the end of your subscription term.

You can cancel your subscription at any time so that it does not renew. Your App will continue to work until the end of your subscription. Your payment for the subscription cannot be refunded.

For example, if you purchase a monthly subscription, you will be charged for one month. However, if you cancel the subscription, your plan will not renew and you will have access to the app and your form until the subscription ends.

After checkout, you’ll receive an email with instructions to download the app. When you log in, your form will already be customized with your business information and available for immediate use.

Yes. We can personalize your form inside the app to match your workflow, such as specifying models, adjusting verbiage, modifying terms, or adding/removing fields. All customization is included with your subscription.

Yes. Submitted forms can be edited after completion, making it easy to correct or update information if needed.

Each subscription allows use on up to two devices, such as a phone and a tablet.

Yes. Forms can be completed offline in the field. Once you have an internet connection, the app will sync automatically.

There are no limits. You can submit as many forms as you need during your subscription period.

Completed forms can be emailed instantly to your customer, and a copy can be automatically sent to you or your office for record keeping.

No. The app works on standard smartphones and tablets. No Additional software is required.

The subscription allows one user on up to two devices (not at the same time as this may delay synching your forms). Additional users or devices may require a separate subscription.
