Retail Sales Invoice Form
Sales Invoice form 763 is used by retailers, wholesalers and distributors. Basically if you sell any type of products, you can use this invoice form. Printed on an 8.5 x 5.5 inch 2, 3 or 4 part multi part, carbonless paper. This Sales invoice form can be printed in black, blue or another single color of your choice.
This form can be customized by adding your company logo and company information. Finished product is glued on the left side and can be sequentially numbered on the top right corner for recording purposes. If you select to make your forms in a booklet format, they will be perforated on the left side and be placed in sets of 50 in wrap around booklet format.
