This door hanger is designed for a pool service provider who needs to leave a message and a list of services preformed each time the pool is serviced. Most pool services are performed when the homeowner is not present. This door hanger provides a list of services provided with a check box to simply check each services that was performed.
These door hangers are printed on a very heavy gloss coated paper and can be printed with black or blue ink.
